When I searched on here I could only find out people asking about the actual wakeboard or boat. If I wanted to go out for just a day, do they offer that? What kind of prices would I be looking at?
Also, I snowboard, is the difficulty level similar to learning how to snowboard?
it all depends where u live, if u live in florida u can go to OWC and get a pull for al day for about 20$ or something, but if you live somewhere else you can stop by your local boardshop and prolly rent one, i now buy all my stuff from either silver spray sports, in michigan or at buywake.com

If you snowboard or surf it is really easy to learn. Renting the boat will be pricey, and the gas adds up fast. If there is a ski/board shop tell them you are interested in getting a board and ask to try a demo model and you might get to try it for free for the day. I would say a day trip is a couple of hundred.

check your local area/wakeboard scene, start with local boat dealerships and board shops…find out if there are any local coaches that do any teaching….if you have any kind of decent wake scene in your area chances are you will have schools around. I know of three or four alone in my area in Texas.
With the school/teacher you will be able to use the best equipment…best board, best boat, best wake, etc….instead of renting a crappy recreational boat from your local lake. Plus usually the price of the lesson/session includes gas, boat time, board rental, teaching and sometimes food and drink. Lessons will range from $60 – $150 per hour depending on the reputation of the coaches/ pro riders.
